The invention is based on the patient’s ability to use their own physical capabilities and incorporates a gaming approach during sessions: skating on special roller skates and ice skates, playing hockey on various hard surfaces, playing football, basketball, and ball games, as well as skiing.

The age category is from 2 years and up. It can be used for non-medical rehabilitation, socialization, and treatment of people with disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), pathologies leading to partial immobility, balance disorders, muscle atrophy, contractures, cardiovascular diseases, complete or partial absence of one of the lower limbs, spina bifida, disproportionate weight relative to height, post-stroke conditions, and other diseases. Non-medical rehabilitation and treatment can be achieved by creating additional support points, the number of which can be increased or decreased, as well as through controlled physical exercise. This stimulates the vestibular system, musculoskeletal system, leg, abdominal, and back muscles, core muscles, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, creates a load on the skeletal system, improves metabolism, etc. Active exercises as a treatment for various diseases were devised long before the understanding of the benefits of physical culture.
