“Katyusha DYNAMICS” is equipment, a program of adaptive physical education and rehabilitation for people with disabilities of various nosologies.
Multifunctional Verticalizer “Katyusha DYNAMICS” designed by K.Z. Ponomarev
98% of children with ODD showed significant clinical positive dynamics after activities using the equipment and “Katyusha Dynamics” methodology.
20 patents for inventions and utility models have been obtained. Methodological recommendations for the use of the products have been written. Rehabilitation sessions are conducted year-round, both outdoors and indoors, based on the equipment and methodologies.

"Katyusha DYNAMICS" equipment and technologies are an excellent tool for conducting sessions with people.
For Whom
“Katyusha DYNAMICS” equipment is designed for people with disabilities in the broadest sense of the term and is suitable for all age categories. It has proven itself in working with people suffering from partial immobility, musculoskeletal disorders, balance issues, muscle atrophy, contractures, visual impairments, cardiovascular diseases, post-stroke conditions, complete or partial absence of one of the lower limbs, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), spina bifida, Down syndrome, as well as those with disproportionate weight relative to height and other nosologies. These products and their methodologies are actively used by various children’s rehabilitation centers located in Russia, Lithuania, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and Italy.
Goals
The main goal of the program is to create a system of year-round activities for people with disabilities. It is important to emphasize that people with disabilities using “Katyusha DYNAMICS” equipment become active participants in the process, directly involved and relying on their own physical abilities. This is the fundamental basis embedded in the equipment and its technology. The maximum use of gaming methods—active exercises as a way to treat and rehabilitate various diseases—was devised long before the understanding of the properties of therapeutic and adaptive physical culture.

Thanks to this comprehensive approach, it becomes possible to:
– Conduct rehabilitation, including medical rehabilitation.
– Instill a competitive spirit and desire to win in users.
– Help users believe in themselves and their abilities.
– Improve the overall physical condition of users.
– Enhance cognitive development in users.
– Improve spatial perception in users.
– Better socialize and integrate into public life.
– Participate in competitions.
– Participate in international events such as World Snow Day supported by FIS and IPC.
– Participate in international competitions, European Championships (EC), World Championships (WC), and Paralympic Games.
– Improve the quality of life.
– Receive positive emotions and bring joy to loved ones.
– Create conditions for improving the technical and technological base, leading to new research and methodologies for working with people with disabilities.
Types of Activities
The program and equipment provide for several types of activities:
– Sessions on three-wheeled therapeutic balance bikes (RR type, racerunner) both outdoors and indoors.
– Sessions using specially modified treadmills, both with and without the use of “Katyusha DYNAMICS” balance bikes of various sizes.
– Learning verticalization with the help of the “Katyusha DYNAMICS” verticalizer designed by Ponomarev and special roller skates. Skating and/or playing hockey/football.
– Learning verticalization with the help of the “Katyusha DYNAMICS” verticalizer designed by Ponomarev and special ice skates. Ideal for skating and/or playing hockey.
– Skiing with the help of the “Katyusha DYNAMICS” verticalizer designed by Ponomarev.
What is “Katyusha DYNAMICS”
“Katyusha DYNAMICS” is the result of daily work over more than 10 years. Great attention is paid to the experience of using the equipment and methodologies during sessions in children’s rehabilitation centers located in Russia and other countries.
Methodology
Using the method of skiing with people of any age category suffering from various diseases such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, autism, post-stroke conditions, blindness, and other forms of ailments, and/or against the background of any complexity of musculoskeletal system disorders.
Skiing in an Upright Position
For people with paralyzed musculoskeletal systems, ensuring not only the necessary verticalization for the repositioning of internal organs but also socialization, entertainment, and maximum safety.
Running Bikes “Katyusha DYNAMICS
This is not only a tool for conducting rehabilitation sessions of various kinds but also an opportunity to engage in sports and participate in European and world championships under the international program “World Para Athletics” and CRISPRA (Cerebral Palsy International Sports And Recreation Association) in the RaceRunning class.
Roller Skating
“Katyusha DYNAMICS” roller skates, invented by K.Z. Ponomarev, are a unique Russian development with no analogues in the world. This device will allow people with disabilities to learn or restore the ability to maintain balance in an upright position.
Ice Skating and Hockey
“Katyusha DYNAMICS” ice skates, invented by K.Z. Ponomarev, are a unique Russian development with no analogues in the world. This device will allow people with disabilities to learn or restore the ability to maintain balance in an upright position.
