The age category is from 3 years and up. They can be used for entertainment, socialization, non-medical rehabilitation, and treatment of people with disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), pathologies leading to partial immobility, balance disorders, muscle atrophy, contractures, cardiovascular diseases, complete or partial absence of one of the lower limbs, spina bifida, disproportionate weight relative to height, post-stroke conditions, and other diseases. Treatment and non-medical rehabilitation can be achieved through controlled physical exercise. This stimulates the vestibular system, musculoskeletal system, leg, abdominal, and back muscles, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, creates a load on the skeletal system, improves metabolism, etc. Active exercises as a treatment for various diseases were devised long before the understanding of the benefits of physical culture.
